Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is deemed defective. This request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. We carefully inspect all items before we ship to ensure we are not sending damaged goods. Damage can happen during shipping and is fully out of our control, but we will do our best to make it right.


We will not consider returns for:

    • Used items 
      • to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
    • Change of mind or accidental order 
      • it is your responsibility to check your order before checkout. Refunds will not be issued to due to an accidental order or if you change your mind. Please double check your order before submitting payment.
    • ​Original condition
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • ​5 days
      • Within 5 days of delivery, any damages need to be reported to ensure the quickest turnaround in rectifying the situation. After 5 days, returns/refunds will not be considered.
Refunds on approved returns (less shipping) will be issued within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the product back at our facility. You will be notified when we receive the returned product and inspect the item(s). Please allow adequate time for shipping. When shipping with a value over $50.00, we recommend you use a trackable shipping method.

Shipping

Currently, we ship to Canada using Canada Post as our main shipper. If you require faster service or would prefer to have your order sent by courier, please let us know in the notes portion of your order and we will get back to you with pricing.

All of our products are inspected prior to shipping and will be packaged and shipped using the safest method (for your product). We are not responsible for any damage that may have occurred once the product has left our premises.

Please make sure you have double-checked your mailing address before submitting your order. We will mail out your package to the address you submitted. East Coast Sirens is not responsible for packages delivered to a mistyped or invalid address.

Local Pick Up

If you live in the Digby area, we offer local pick up as well as curb side pick up. These options are listed in the shipping portion of your order. We will notify you by email when your package is ready for pick up.
