Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is deemed defective. This request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. We carefully inspect all items before we ship to ensure we are not sending damaged goods. Damage can happen during shipping and is fully out of our control, but we will do our best to make it right.
We will not consider returns for:
- Used items
- to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
- Change of mind or accidental order
- it is your responsibility to check your order before checkout. Refunds will not be issued to due to an accidental order or if you change your mind. Please double check your order before submitting payment.
- Original condition
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- 5 days
- Within 5 days of delivery, any damages need to be reported to ensure the quickest turnaround in rectifying the situation. After 5 days, returns/refunds will not be considered.
All of our products are inspected prior to shipping and will be packaged and shipped using the safest method (for your product). We are not responsible for any damage that may have occurred once the product has left our premises.
